Wii HD Predictions
Here are my predictions of what the next Nintendo Wii console will include and when it'll be released...
Title: Wii HD
Output Display: 720p
Processor: IBM "Bollywood" 1.2GHz
Controllers: Wiimote with Motion Plus built inside a sleeker design. Nunchucks are WIRELESS.
Internal Memory: 150GB Hard Drive
Backwards Compatibility: GameCube hardware backwards compatibility is removed. VC remains and a GameCube selection has been added so one could play GC by REPURCHASING past titles.
NOTES: In a smart move Nintendo, not to anger the 5 Billion Wii owners worldwide, will have Wii game development universal. Wii HD titles at heart are Wii titles. All Wii games are compatible with Wii or Wii HD. Owners of Wii HD will have hardware enhancements of titles such as a beautiful 720p output display. Plus, graphical enhancements including lighting, shadows and hi-res textures. Certain games may include Wii HD specific level bonuses.
